Kate will collect day to generate invoices and complete your booking. This will include contact details and some information relating to your booking. You will be asked to provide these details in order for Kate to provide the right service to you.

Kate will only use the data for the purposes of your booking. Your personal information is kept for your booking and tax purposes only. Booking details which are returned by email are saved on a computer/iPad. Anti-virus software is used to protect the device.

How long is your data kept for?
Your personal data is kept for the duration of your booking and until you cease to be a customer except for the purposes of tax. This does not affect your rights to be forgotten.
You have a right under the new GDPR to be forgotten. This means that any point you can ask for any information to be held on you to be destroyed. You also have the right to ask for all information held on you to be sent to you, this must be done free of charge and within 28days.
